<Exquisite> is a 10 man raiding guild on eu-karazhan-horde realm. We raid 5 days a week, for 4 hours a night during heroic progress.
We're a raiding guild aiming to improve our world ranking each and every patch.

Everything must come to an end, and I'm fairly sure most people saw this coming eventually as well. Over the last 2 months we lost a big portion of our raidgroup, including some very important players who were key factors in our progress. We're currently sitting on 9 raiders if everyone that we expect to show up shows up.
Our last kill has been 1.5 months ago, the last time we cleared our FARM was over two months ago, and every week it seems we're able to kill LESS bosses. We went from world 183 gara'jal heroic kill, to a current world rank of 950+. A big reason for this, as posted above, is the loss of key players, but it's also in huge part the lack of focus and motivation. Recruitment has been extremely difficult as well. Combining this with the fact two more people will be quitting WoW in February, the decision to quit raiding completely as a guild has been made.
What this means:
- ExQuisite will no longer continue setting up raids. So everyone can xfer or join other guilds freely. I don't know how many people would remain in ExQuisite, but everyone is free to stay as a social if they so desire.
- The guild bank gold will be split evenly among the people who were part of our boosting services in Firelands and Dragon Soul. (That were still raiding with us to this day)
It was a nice 1.5 years or so, and I will probably stay in contact with most of you in one way or another. I hope to have informed everyone enough this way, and if you got any questions, feel free to skype or fb me. (or if you find me online on WoW /w me)
I will personally probably take a break from WoW, or do some casual raiding, and may return to hardcore raiding in the future, but I really have no idea what I'll do in the near future. Thanks to everyone for raiding with us and putting in the effort they did, and for sticking up with my lousy raidleading the last couple months :D.

Realm first heroic will of the emperor. Then 20 minutes later two shot Blade Lord Ta'yak.
Hardest boss by quite a mile in MSV. We didn't start resetting the boss on purpose when we got a wrong combo for way too long, which halted our progress a lot, but a kill is a kill. The entire raid took off to Heart of Fear after this boss, so there aren't a lot of people in the killshot :). At least we got a kill shot this time though!
The dps check of the instance down. Quite a step up from Feng in difficulty.
3/6 heroic. World 183. (79 10 man)
2/6HC.
We started a break after killing it, and the boss was gone afterwards (so were most people!) so no "killshot".
First day is Mists of Pandaria is over, and this is what we got so far:

Realm first 90 Death knight!: Sherri
Realm first 90 Hunter!: Tropo
Realm first 90 Rogue!: Trilog
Realm first 90 Druid!: Amalisa
Realm first 90 Priest!: Leishmania
Realm first 90 Mage!: Puskakana
Realm first 90 Shaman!: Puah & Macetrow (both dinged within same minute and got the FoS)
Realm first 90 Paladin!: Decision
Realm first 600 Leatherworking!: Puah
Realm first 600 Jewelcrafting!: Decision
Realm first 600 First Aid!: Gallyx
Realm first 600 Herbalism!: Gwendahl
Realm first 600 Archeology!: Sherri
Way harder than any of the first 6 bosses, and had to change tactic quite often due to different setups/trying different things. Ps. Sooooooooo many bloods.
Overall a pretty clean kill.
We did actually get a screenshot this time! And a kill vid!
Expected it to be quite a tricky boss to kill on farm, but one shot it without anyone dying/being near death :o.
No trash before pulling boss! Except the entire phase one... which is a LOT harder than the actual boss in phase two. One small change of tactics at 23.00 turned it into a kill. EDIT: Ps, we 9 manned p2. So much for a "dps check".

Quite a lot of 0.1% - 5% wipes on this boss, but not really a difficult fight. Press button, do some good numbers, kill boss.
Okay, maybe not that easy, but definately not complicated. No screenshot :(.

Small update: Ultraxion 900 HP wipe.
Interesting fight, and very RNG with a random one shot ability killing random people very often, but when we found out how to work around this, it went down rather quickly.
PS. ultraxion heroic 2% wipe on the 7th pull.
Was a lot easier than Zon'ozz for sure, and didn't take that much time to go down.

FL Heroic: 7/7.
Recruiting amazing dps backed up by logs.
Amazing dps doesn't mean you can pull nice numbers on a patchwerk fight, it means that, no matter the situation, whether it's a high movement fight, or a lot of target switching, or lots of things to watch out for, you are able to (ab)use your class' full potential, and pull off sick numbers without dying.

You should be able to match atleast most of our members, and then outperform them to earn yourself a core spot. Don't worry if we already got multiple people of your class or spec, raid spots are given based on performance, not the time people are in the guild.
If you're an experienced raider, know what to do, and would like to progress quickly through new content, don't hesitate to send us an application. Make sure you spend some time on your application.
Since we had 5 offdays anyway, we decided to go back to Firelands and finish it off once and for all ;). Also finishing off a legendary.
Still looking for a Retridin/Arcane mage or possibly a tank.
8/8 Down. Approx. 6 hours for the full clear. Heroic modes starting next week, first 5 days off though:).
